Sandall Beat, short blue. Tried to go straight and gamble a bit. Was very bad. Would have done better to stop and beat myself with sandals. the amandanator took five minutes off me. It could have been worse I suppose, I could have done green.

Edinburgh. Dragged myself out for a trot round the Meadows. Felt a lot better after the first 5 minutes. which was good, because for the first 5 minutes I felt fucking awful.
