Terrain run on burbage mostly sheep trods, with a bit of Houndskirk Road to join it all up. Felt a bit rough for the first 30 mins but better after that.

Beach intervals 200m x 10. These were going at 46' (wind behind) and 51' (into the wind). This was, I suspect, a bit too fast for my current state fitness as the mental battle to get up to ten was quite something.
