Harlow Woods blue. Brambly burn up. Aim was to beat 10min/k. Fail. Fairly clean, a few fishhooks and iffy route choices. Felt ok.

Tinsley Hill 2nd exit with the aim of a 130 average HR and it felt slow. If I've got my MHR right then i'm doing slow runs way too fast.

WyBD hairpin intervals. 5x.

3'58, 4'05, 4'02, 4'00, 4'05.

Mentally this was a lot worse than physically. walk down, about 3.5min between reps. Worth noting that these hairpins are a bit longer than the 2013 ones - these seem to be about 660-680m/35m, whereas in 2013 I've logged 580m at around 3:30. Different start and finish points. Either that or the whole Wyming brook area is shrinking.
