ParkRun. So this is going to be a story of a an ok first 2k and a weak 2nd 2k. Sounds a bit familiar. But much better than earlier in the year and had my head together a bit more. Best this year. Estimated splits - because I had splits set to miles not kilometers

Most of the difference to the pb splits is in the last km
