shoes: Icebugs

Shockingly bad on summerhouse knott middle distance. Over shot 1, wimped out and went round to 2, then came out the wrong way of the control with the wrong plan, ran half way down the hill through the wind blown. Really bad. Then couldn't relocate on the wide spur. 5 mins off. Took it easy after that and still wasn't that good. Difficult to find anything positive to say other than at least I finished. Oh, and thankfully I missed 13 after a crossing point. So none of it counts :-)
