Cademan middle distance. Pretty steady. Splitbrowserything shows a tail off in the last third where Matt took 6 mins off me. General fitness clearly a factor, but bit of wimp-out / "taking it steady 'cos I'v not stuffed it up yet" going on.

Sprint final
Shambles to No1. Too far over to the left and too far down the hill. Analysed as..... no plan. Broke through the trees onto the path, turned left instead of right and couldn't figure out why the fence was taking so long to come up. Need to work on the slow shuffle out of the start until the plan is clear, not running off 'cos everyone is watching. Dumpkof.

Greno. Bumble around, with 10min in terrain and 5min grinding up the hill at bit faster than really necessary. Misty, humid, asthma in full flow, dr tomorrow. Ankle taped. Loved it.
