W/u at the sportsman and then first bit of conduit circuit until I went over on right ankle. Shit.

YSP again. Intervals from the Henry Moore1 to Henry Moore 2 to Deer Shelter. Jog down. Got to be the best hill interval (art) ever.

Warm up and warm down.

Right knee up to its old tricks. I can feel the glute is behaving differently on that side.
