Steep. Probably lost time on #3, unnecessary corner cut of the road, #6 faff in the circle and not a clear picture, #7 looks like straight was better than up to the fence, #8 just wimpy up the hill. Route out of 10 was interesting - either straight through the grot or up the steep bit. Selected the steep bit, which went at about V Diff and went on forever. And then hooked 13. Going to the right on the long keg was probably right, although I'd had plenty of time to look at by then. And route choice was heavily influenced by the chance to run down that downhill ride again. And then tried to over complicate 15 by following the wall - path was faster.

Managed to stack it on the way to 9 (or was it 3) and have a colourful bruise /scrape as a reminder.

Recovery at Tankersley, 4 mins faster at the end. Calves, hams still sore from the weekend. Hip blocked.
