Newborough forest. Blue, 5.2k. Total belter of an area, got to be best this year. Ok on long route to 1, hook on 2, parallel error at 5 (1min), few other small errors. Got a tow on quite a bit of it. 59'06. Fine nav quite sloppy, not helped by taking non-mag compass.

9'02 back. I make that about 5.1m/k pace. Interesting session - not long enough to feel wrecked.

Warm up PV, 5x30' hills (130m/20m) jog recovery, warm down. Torch got an outing. Back to buy cup cakes from cubs and drink tea, which should be compulsory recovery for all short runs.
