Conduit anticlockwise. Pb is 20'02. had spent 3 hours in the car, that's my excuse. Warming up helped, but not fast enough up the hills. 9'55 to the car park, 12'55 to the start of the conduit path. Be interesting to wear an hrm next time. Bit frustrated that it wasn't faster.
