Southern champs. Lovely 90degree wrong valley error at number 7. And then a hopeless no attack point stuff up on 17. Lucky to find 18 instead. Pretty tired and knee a bit sloppy now but not too bad. Quads stuffed. Nice planning, Mike. Lovely forest and beautifully vague vegetation.

London city race. Ok in the sprint bit in temple, barbican was three great legs, rest was a bit of a grind. Kept going.

Knee ache a bit but not bad, quads on fire.

Saw Kim-obvious after pokes in back, glut, ham, ITB that right leg has been mechanically stuffed hence knee. First mention of right hamstring is 16th July.
