Dodgy guts, cycling with Iz and joe, very gentle.

Bit of right hamstring twinge and a left knee twnge. maybe easier day tomorrow.

Long run. Up PV and round Lady Canning Plantation. Plus a totally unnecessary 1k across heather and tussocks. Worryingly this is probably the longest run I've done in over 2 years....

V humid day. Took camelbak and needed it. Very slow and lots of stops. felt pretty good. Legs are going to know about this tomorrow I predict.
