Hill reps, path on left side of forge dam through stile. 8x35", jog down plus 20" rest. Felt ok, trying to keep pace consistent. All about 35" give or take.

Tinsley Hill, 2nd exit. 37'25". Didn't have stopwatch, soggy day. all i can remembr is 10'10" to the mast with the hut. Felt OK. Is that a pb?

Yes . Yaaaay! 15" faster - stiding out downthe hills seems to make a difference!
