Sinus a bit infected. Oh joy.

Totally pathetic shuffle around bhp and endcliffe. Sinuses trying to decide whether to be evil or not. Felt totally average. No oomph. Still off dairy which is meaning a lot less phlegm. And no caffeine either. Three days, and it seems like longer.

Bowden housetead.. Wet. Little trot around. Feeling fairly rubbish and not really getting into it - several legs with no plan at all. Comedy gold moment on second from last leg - came out wrong direction, didn't find path, corrected, popped out on the path then promptly ran 150m down wrong path, to relocate on a big open space. Rest was ok, but not wanting to push that hard.

Tinsley Hill anticlockwise 2nd exit. only decided to speed up after 5 minutes steady, so 45' faster than last time is good news. Couldn't remember the time from last time till looked it up. had to dig in a bit on the last k. Quite a bit drier than last time though. Felt OK, bit of a throat tickle now . Back still OK

Burbage. In the wind and rain. Down path to split, across to skyline crag on left, then long leg from burbage boulders event. 14'30" this time, going left to the col then path. Event I went right and did 16'30". I think the path rather than the woods was the main time saving. Back through the trees, up higgar tor then back on the path. Pretty slow and the odd pit stop. Felt ok and back seems to be alright.
