Slow run/ walk around the lake grounds with a friend, went at her pace but set the distances of when to walk and when to run

Always said it was a rat run down there, so many little paths and alleyways, Driven the main road enough times to know there it goes which helped.

Missed the turning onto 1 and hit the main road, sorted my map out and was fine after that, planned ahead throughout and a very nice evening for it. Still need to improve my fitness which wont be helped with a week of next week

From the top of the common along the roads across the police fields, walked down our woods as it was to slippery, loop round big wood and back same way, down across the common and down to the bottom of the lane and back up to the bridge
