Have ticked the recovered box as I'm fed up seeing pink, but not 100% yet. Still coughing a bit. Running felt easy today until I turned around into a stiff headwind!!

Nice to just have a normal run in my Kazans and completed 200k for May despite the past couple weeks.

Still chesty, jogged around. Bit of a luxury having so much time to navigate though didn't get 7 straight away as it was hidden. Legged the last control and finish :) Not much coughing afterwards.

Usual problem with dog and fences at Curragh. Had to lift him twice going to 12 and we struggled with style going to 2.

Legs, particularly quads were sore after the relay, but they're fine today, though could feel the calves afterwards
