The reservoir was crowded today, but I was able to get out away from everybody. I found some trails that I am pretty sure I have not been on. It felt good to go at a relaxed pace after yesterday's activities.

I went out pretty fast at first, but I could not maintain that pace. I took a dunk in the drink at control 3. I couldn't get my foot out in time. A very devious course set by Becks. Route choice was the challenging part of it and made it interesting. I didn't know about the ability to cut through the woods. I probably could have shaved some time if I did.

I ran the green course after, set by Jim and Rich. Another fun course but my legs were toast. I had trouble with control 4 for some reason. And then I came in a little too high at control 6. But I was able to quickly adjust.
