@ crusader invite. I remember last year this was kind of a waste of a meet. It was the same this year. Ran a 4xmile with a not so stacked team, two people with 6 something minute miles but we still managed to run okay as a team. I ended up running against a girl that I recognized who is usually very fast. Surprised I was able to beat her in the end.

Sat around in the sun for about 6 hours. There was no shade anywhere :( then ran a 4x8. There were two other teams in the race. Our whole relay ran horribly (all in the high 20's and one in the high 30's) but we still won by about 400 meters. Having no competition made running a fast time very hard. Not a race worth running in my opinion :/
