was going to do circuits on my own in the gym
then decided to go to an ilkley harrier session run by a greek
outdoors on the grass
warm up- 3 reps of 200m with some heel flicks, baby steps and skipping
then strength exercises with lots of 45 or 30 'greek second' reps of lunges,squats, plank(eurghhh) and pressups.
then running around with intervals of high knees and running around then squatting on the whistle
then back to the dreaded plank reps
then some yoga moves...
quite tired after all the time using muscles i probably don't have and i hate the plank
