Glasgow half marathon
Beautiful day for it & great atmosphere.
Didn't race it very well though, started off too fast and I knew it but I thought I'd take a punt on me being fitter than I thought. I'm not, just slowly went backwards. Should have stuck to a negative splits plan.
Ended up with sore feet & a sore knee but did my best to keep smiling.

However not as terrible as I thought so am keen to get training properly now I'm settling into Glasgow/Masters life and try and get under 95mins eventually.
