Easy run along the canal Up all night coughing with a temperature last night and could feel that today. Finding it tough to breathe too, forgot to wear my HR monitor But apart from that, beautiful day and legs definitely eased off over the run Rolling and stretching tonight

JK Relay First time running Womens Premier Just could not breathe the whole way round, absolutely dying, my legs weren't even in pain as couldn't push hard enough for that.
Raging that I have another horrendous cold, am going to Doctors to see if anything more is wrong or I'm just unlucky
Up to start and about there as arrived pretty early

JK Long, Bigland Was with a USA girl most of the way, though often took different routes to controls and arrived at about the same time. She was much fitter than me but pretty scrappy with the navigating A wee few mistakes, but just felt dead by control 8, am not fit enough for this, plus woke up with a cold Enjoyed this as well though, Bigland is a great area
JK Middle Some pretty dodgy orienteering, made more mistakes than I should have considering the speed I was moving But I enjoyed it, it was nice to be out
Just 40 mins of easy running around Lancaster Uni Some of it with a bag Though accidentally locked Alis compass in the car and took the key with me, so there was 1 pretty fast km in there to return the key
Was 12 min block- 1 min Standing climb, 1 min seated, 1 min flat road x4. Trying to increase intensity for each loop Then 4 mins rest 6 min block with 4 similar loops but 30s rest 3 min block with 4 similar loops but 15s
Really good session, normally I have to work hard for most of the session and my HR will only cross 180BPM for a few secs, whereas managed to raise it and keep it raised for the last loop of each block. Felt like I really worked hard. Felt pretty dead after each block but feeling good already.
