Got to the gym later than I wanted so managed a bit of time on the weights machines, realised I wouldn't have time to run my lap of the seat, but needed my 3km for the day so just had to stick with the treadmill so I wouldn't be late for helping. And had to help out all day so couldn't run the city race.
Definitely lost some strength in my legs, but not too bad.

Treadmill, bleurgh.

Just was doing 20 mins warm up-ish on x-trainer, but with reasonable resistance. I was wanting to do strength, but class on in circuits gym and the weights room was packed. So lasted 5 mins and got fed up.

Just 5 mins on the inner thigh machine as that is what really needs work. But yeah not enjoying the busy-ness, need to go early morning next time.

Finally really enjoyed this run, it was raining but no matter. Thought it would be a tad longer too. Slight stomach pains at one point.
But either way starting to enjoy my running again.

Did 15 mins warm up, 10 min hill, 3 min rest, 5 min hill, 2 min rest, 3 min hill, 1 min rest, 2 min hill, 1 min rest, 1 min hill. Then warm down/spinning until I hit an hour on the bike.
Was good, made the shorter intervals harder and legs were hurting the rest of the day.

The first run of me making myself get out running everyday.
Just ran to the helpers meeting and then a lap or so of the meadows with a heavy bag after.

Felt so unfit, just a bit horrific. And to make it worse was getting stomach cramps like back in summer.
But once it was done I had enjoyed it. I just need to get some fitness back.
Thought I'd be out for like 80 mins, but I also thought the route would be longer.

Was too lazy for anything, kept telling myself I'd go for a run but I never managed it.

Back to recording my training, remembering to wear my garmin etc.
And back to doing some better training again.
Spinning session this morning, need to get back on booking these so I have to get up and go. Never quite feel like I'm pushing myself intervals-wise with Mondays woman.

Was quite a relaxed pace, and a bit of a random route.
