Up Ben Lomond with Ali. Not so much running uphill, but mostly nice weather. Was windy, icy and cloudy at the top. And ice on the ground for some made me cautious. Up and down the same route. Fun descent once it wasn't icy.
Getting up felt rough, but good session. Standard 3 hills, first was just steady going the whole way, second was a rolling loop of 30secs of hard, harder, standing climb. Then the last was aiming to 'overtake' 4 people so spurts of hard accel. And going for not a full recovery inbetween either.
Good circuits session, feeling a bit sore and very tired by the end of it.

25 mins on the cross trainer, rolling hills. Was aiming for a longer x trainer session this morning, but my alarm went off and I felt disgusting. Just aiming to train in the gym this week as its warm. Feeling a bit like someone has grated the back of my throat.
Think I'm getting ill. But up for spinning meant I could go straight to the library after and get work done. Might be a low training week. Apart from that, getting used to Monday womans sessions so was enjoying it. As not feeling 100% never fully pushed it though. Was all uphill until the last few mins which was sprints.
