Orienteering (Relay) 24:00 [3]

Had a shot block before I started which gave me some energy to get up the hill and the first few controls. Then was just too tired to be fast enough for the area. Bit annoyed I still wasnt better because I really enjoy relays.

Orienteering (Long) 1:30:00 [2]

Still just didnt have any energy to keep moving. Also running too much made my stomach hurt. Messed up 1 by not orientating my map right. And to 5 I went up.a reentrant too early and ended up gettimg stuck in loads of trees. Was a pretty good course, I just felt rubbish and not able to keep going.

Orienteering (Middle) 55:00 [2]

Feeling pretty rubbish still so moved very slowly, walking all the hills. Managed to mess up number 1 still. Also couldnt remember punching the spectator so I had to go back and check!

Event: JK 2012

Note

Was sick at 4.30 on friday morning, so didnt do the sprint, I slept in the car instead. I was put off food for a few days after as well. Was pretty annoyed as I'm finally getting fitter and then I couldnt compete at all.
