Just was doing 20 mins warm up-ish on x-trainer, but with reasonable resistance. I was wanting to do strength, but class on in circuits gym and the weights room was packed. So lasted 5 mins and got fed up.
Just 5 mins on the inner thigh machine as that is what really needs work. But yeah not enjoying the busy-ness, need to go early morning next time.

Finally really enjoyed this run, it was raining but no matter. Thought it would be a tad longer too. Slight stomach pains at one point. But either way starting to enjoy my running again.
