Spinning 45:21 intensity: (3:24 @1) + (12:52 @2) + (20:43 @3) + (7:33 @4) + (49 @5)

Getting up felt rough, but good session. Standard 3 hills, first was just steady going the whole way, second was a rolling loop of 30secs of hard, harder, standing climb.
Then the last was aiming to 'overtake' 4 people so spurts of hard accel. And going for not a full recovery inbetween either.
