JK relay women's trophy
Due to my average performance yesterday I didn't make it into any of the boys relay teams. So I had the choice of running on my own, or filling the spot in a girls team as Jenny had dropped out. I chose to run in the girls team. A fun head to head race with Tess around the first 9 controls, and then gaffling of the second half. She ran away from me and claimed second for EUOC Legendesses behind SYO

JK Long St Leonards & Holmbush
As a classic SEJS training area, I was quite confident going into this, despite it being 18km long. Started off pretty slow, mistake on 5, 6 and also 9. Clean through to the map change over. Then a howler on #20, executed the plan to the letter, but didn't know where I was, and binned 3 minutes. Went through a bad patch as Josh had caught up, then after the run through things improved and I edged away. Would like to be able to race these, but haven't done enough long races to know where the limit is
