Hankley and Elstead Blood races for the OK Nuts Trophy. Feeling just about well enough to jog around the half blood. From my heart rate it was clear that I'm nowhere near full fitness as even at the slow pace I was going my heart rate was in the normal race level. I was able to spike a lot since I was going slowly and it was pretty easy navigation. 11.4km

Retired my Mudrocs as they are now very tired and a new year demands a fresh pair of shoes!

Went with Richard to the bottom of Smuggler's lane for some hill reps. Did the same thing I did in Edinburgh the other week with 3 pyramids of 30:45:60:45:30. Again I got intermittent stitches so was unable to go flat out. Richard could have gone quicker as he wasn't even straining!
