Irish 3 Day - Leirir Caff Rua, W18, 3.5km

Too far left for #1 and didn't run far enough for #2. Got confused like everyone else at the unmarked stream going to #3 and lost about 3mins. Right hip started hurting once I got to the rough open mountain section so I slowed a lot but didn't really make any mistakes. Small strain in my right hamstring too so not going to run the remaining days as a precaution.

Started well, but about 1.5km into the climb my calves and back started to really tighten up. Felt a lot better once I hit the downhill and started really enjoying it then.
