IMRA Hill Run, Ticknock - Junior, 4th

Wasn't feeling great at the start and found the first 3km up to the top very tough. Downhills were very rocky and slippy on narrow paths so it was hard to run fast, and felt very drained by the end. Really liking the hills runs though.

Rockbrook Park School Night-O - Long

Good enough run apart from a small time loss on #5 where I had bad direction exiting the control, and on #22 where I overshot it slighty. Headtorch kept falling off which was a bit annoying but enjoyed the course a lot.
