Warm-Up: Jogging, stretching.

Ran the exact same route as yesterday but a few hundred metres more. Really nice day, I felt kinda tired on the way back, probably since I'm not used to running at the moment. I think I was slower compared to yesterday but I'm pretty happy with that run.

Ran from the the roundabout by the Curragh up along the track by the road to the bridge at Herbert Lodge and back (2.3km each way). Some gently sloping longish hills. Wore my mam's GPS. Felt pretty good after it :)

Cool-down: Slow jog for about two mins, rest of it stretching.
