Went for a short run down in Glendasan today. We were meant to be going to the event in Brockagh but it turns out that's next week... I was going fine until I reached the bottom of the hill and had a pretty bad fall. It was kinda sore so I walked back up to the carpark.

Ran from the carpark up a path and back. Kinda flat except small like inclines/declines.
Did a short training course on Carlingford Mountain, my first time on a 1:15000 map (some of the controls weren't out so it was tricky to know if you were in the right place). Tough course - not many features except crags.
Later another course (about 1.7k) with short legs around the top of the mountain. That was fine except it was hard to see the controls since there were no flags on them.
Did a corridor course in pairs, I completely messed that up. Then did a course on my own with sections of the map taken out - that was okay - aimed off and used compass bearings mostly. Then two short relay courses, mostly walked because I was so tired from earlier and yesterday.
