Bits of jogging and lots of stretching.

Running 1:28:30 [3] 12.74 km (6:57 / km) +493m 5:49 / km
shoes: VJ Bold (Blue)

Run The Line 2014, 40/146 and 5th female

Don't know the area much so vaguely from Lamb Doyles up and along the Dublin way trail, up to Fairy Castle, down to the Wicklow Way trail, and back to Lamb Doyles. Could definately have pushed more in places but enjoyed it so much overall, such a nice route, and excited to get back into the IMRA races whenever the leagues start back.

Note
(sick)

Barely any training last week, feeling very run down and sick for a while, noticed I've been having really sudden fatigue and unusual breathing problems during harder sessions, but finally seem to be getting more energy back.
