Gastrickland DM long champs, M21 as there were only 3 entered on 45. V wet, and a lot of the forest had a lot of boulders underfoot which meant v slow going. straight line 10.1km, extra distance from running round 3-4, 7-8 and 10-11.

Shadowing, mostly good, got dragged off line on one. Recommended that they identify things either side of their line which will help identify they are going off it. Re-ran the leg so they could see where it went wrong and how they could have possibly realised.
