Long race M45 this time. Went much better today so the second session yesterday definitely helped, although legs were a bit more tired than they needed to be. Good nav until towards the end where I went a little off bearing and made a parallel error, lost around 1:30.

Middle race near Vasby. My nav was horrific, just not concentrating. Not planning at leat 1 min errors on half the controls and significantly more on some.

Probably some of it due to not getting to sleep until 2:30am due to the delayed flight.
