Discovered the stair-stepper machine's much better for my foot than treadmill at an incline. My knee held up so far, which is lucky!

Also figured out there's an app that can sync w my phone.

Kind of impatient with this and getting bored of the safe exercises. But felt ok for 15 min.

Tried to walk for 7 minutes at an incline, and foot felt suspicious during, and then had really bad pain after D: A few days afterwards, it feels fine walking on flat surfaces again, but several days of feeling like I couldn't do much. My headaches are being iffy again too, but at least not constant again.

This was at PT. Heavier lifting than normal. Headache came back after this, for the rest of the day! Such a bummer! Gone by the following day, but I'd thought I was good for medium intensity. It was disruptive enough to my work day (had to lie down) that I need to be careful w medium intensities still.

The not-so-bad news is I'm at least keeping up with my oura ring's activity goals that include walking, so some baseline activity's happening. Foot has been ok walking everywhere I need to go so far! It's usually 15-20 min max, like to lab, but has also been fine on a walk or two up to an hour.
