I think there's 1-2 more things on my watch that didn't sync yet. need to remember to do that. In the meantime, I had my first pt visit for my shin, and she said my shins are strong and range of motion great/symmetrical, and basically I don't need to do any exercises!!! Woohoo!!! Just what I needed to hear now that it's starting to be dissertation crunch-time :P I do get to go back in 3ish weeks for a high-tech running analysis though :)
