london marathon in the safe mode:
-no garmin,
-first mile in 5:38,
-most of the first half sticking behind others,
-slowly moving up in the field with Kyle following me closely until halfway,
-Kyle did amazing running 2:28 and slightly slowing down in the 2nd half considering his millage wasn't over 60mpw,
-first half in 1:12:29,
-sped up just before halfway dropping Kyle and others and starting chase behind the others that continued until very end,
-second half in 1:11:58, negative split but I was hoping for a bit faster, though the small uphill parts seemed stepper than in the previous londons...
-BUCS mara gold for me and bronze for Kyle which is amazing result for Haries and University
