saw physio .. had iced it but it was still tender..
was told I could try a light jog on the weekend, but not the 17k trail run i had planned :(

plan is to see him on Wednesday and try the summer series

Monday Feb 15, 2016 #

running (lunch run) 1:10:50 [3] 10.7 km (6:37 / km)

run mac uni gym -> sports fields -> busaco rd trail -> LCNP trails -> back via terry's creek -> epping boys -> mac uni gym

drink stops at start,1km,1.5km then 8.5km ..
walked from 8-8.5km .. it was too hot !

generally happy with run, errors were only minor
