cycling (ride to event) 18:00 [3] 5.7 km (19.0 kph)

I have been sick for a week, thought i'd see if I was well enough for a ride+run .. didn't see the point in driving to the event when I can ride via bike trails. took it relatively easy

Orienteering race (West Summer series 1) 49:30 [4] 8.5 km (5:49 / km)
shoes: New Balance

was going to get the lot, feet got sore at about 35 mins and after 40 decided to skip a few and get back earlier.

started of slow, tried to run a bit harder for the last 10 mins.
7 PM

cycling (ride home) 16:00 [3] 5.7 km (21.4 kph)

ride home, went a little faster, it felt more down hill than the other way ...
