Orienteering race (Sydney Sprints 2013 #6) 20:35 [5] 3.89 km (5:17 / km) +48m 4:59 / km
ahr:171 max:180 shoes: Inov-8 Mudclaw 333

good run, slight error to 15 - drifted low - wanted to run towards 10 but was aiming lower than 10.

Orienteering (shadowing) 1:34:35 [3] 4.26 km (22:12 / km) +71m 20:30 / km
ahr:98 max:127 shoes: Inov-8 Mudclaw 333

Shadowing Louisa navigating and Lachlan punching (do you still call it punching when you use SI sticks?).
good navigation, minor wobble at 8 :), challenging course for the wife and long course for an almost 5 year old.

it is amazing what you see when you walk a course compared to running, similar to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGQmdoK_ZfY
for example .. do you know what was in each of the out of bounds areas, or what they were for?
