ahr:161 max:177 shoes: New Balance MT411GB

run with Andy and Brooner, crows nest to manly

felt ok for 40-50 mins then at 1 hour struggled, could not run at all on any form of hill, could hang in on flat and down hill but was unable to do anything but walk uphill ..

poor diet the day before may have had something to do with it ..

550-10 = 540 pts

anti-clockwise loop around outside
started going down wrong stairs at top of map, backtracked and lost 30 secs to 1 min

took 45 minute option rather then 600 pts to minimise getting late to Ultimate

lost a minute 9-10, tried to go high and left ...
not a bad run other than that

thought I took a long route to 1 around the bottom fence but with 2nd fastest split, perhaps not?!
long route to 2 and 3, minor oops on 5, stairs probably better than ramp to 14, minor oops to 17, started to go up stairs

Shadowing Louisa and Lachlan on the sprint course

better route choice than me at 1 and 2 ..
same error as me at 10
