running in old shoes - feet were fine

decided to go for a 45 minute run (rather than a full bag) since I think i could use some practice at that - was happy with run, probably could have skipped #1 at the end and got #11 instead for an extra 10 points.

steady pace for most of the run
pushed hard for last 5 - 10 mins
