quick run to try new shoes again - not sure if i am willing to take them on summer series tomorrow .. think i may go for a real run with them beforehand,
testing out new vs old shoes plus gel inserts to see if any of the new shoes i purchased were good enough to run

decided to go for a 45 minute run (rather than a full bag) since I think i could use some practice at that - was happy with run, probably could have skipped #1 at the end and got #11 instead for an extra 10 points.
steady pace for most of the run pushed hard for last 5 - 10 mins
