600-210 points
sore quad for 5-10 mins .. seemed to get better (probably from the ride on Sun)
had some trouble crossing a creek (many attepts to find a way through) and getting through green, didn't see the path on the map which would have avoided this (added 600m in 7 mins)
the rest of the run wasn't too bad.

ok for first couple, bad route choice to #3 (thought it was risky but decided to give it a go) .. kinda killed me for the rest of the run ...
felt better running out to collect the controls .. the path from #2 to #3 was much better the second time ...
