Late cruise across and up to plumpudding + back. Standard footbridge, bishopscourt, bike path, r.mem and up hill repeat road. Put in an effort up the hill repeat climb. About 20secs off the cr on a 4 min climb, will have to go back in a couple weeks.

Back similar route, just a bit extra trail down and then left hand bishopscourt option.

Note

Spent about 90min getting wrecked by waves at llandudno. Counts for something I reckon.

Out to Newlands stadium to meet Flo (long route via bishopscourt, park, bike track, klipper). Then with him (running) up to Newlands forest via Dean street and the small side roads. Mtb track over to Constantia nek, Cecilia, down to boshof where I turned back and headed home through b.court and over the bridge.

Working pretty hard on the the trail climbs!!

From the digs to Greenpoint track to watch some athletics. Footbridge, Boshof, bike path, trails from r.mem gate up to plumpudding, link path and then up to tafelberg road, all the way along to kloof nek (so nice and cruisy! And really nice light). Then a bit down the glen road and onto the lions head "mtb path" a number of sections where i had to carry/push the bike over stairs and rather rocky/rough going in a lot of other sections, so took a bit longer then planned. Good fun though.
