Up to control 16 i was in 2nd place then messed it all up made way to many mistakes and some huge ones at that. Lost 25 mins in mistakes!

Too many mistakes today i can think of around 5 mins in mistakes and then i died off towards the end really struggling for a while after aroumd control 18 which was not great meaning for a few mins lost over the later few km's. Was 5th when i left but i expect to end up 8th again.

Was the third off from the rest start and that meant for some very tough running due to no tracks and vegitaion being high. Worst run but mainly due to around 3 mins technical mistakes and 5 minutes lost run due to early start. 11th.

Only reall made a few little mistakes today probably cost me 3 mins in mistakes but physically was perfect. Good run overall though came 3rd only 1 min 50 secs down on 1st.

Was going okay only losing probably around 2 minutes over the first 12 controls then i faded as i was dehydrated in then became gruilling to carry on, i must of lost a good 5 mintues over the later part of the course was rather disappointed. 8th.

Not a bad race, did okay but a few silly mistakes so lost around 5 minutes but not bad in a difficult area. should be doing better though, 8th.
