Orienteering (Race Preperation) 50:00 [1] ** 3.0 km (16:40 / km)
slept:8.0

Went for a bod to look at the spectator and at the area on the warm up map to get adjusted to the terrain and ready for what I was going to run in, felt this helped greatly at the time but as you can see by my result it didn'y.

Not much of a warm down again as i was annoyed, not happy with myself atm this needs sorting and fast!

Did all off the warm up controls at a fast pace to see how easy it was running wise and realised it would be tough but fast. Jog the rest of the way to the start and started doing my dynamic and static stretchs. Was feeling okay but not great.

Really disappointed in this result had a very very inconsistant race would have a few good controls then some really bad one, not happy this weekend some of my worst races in a while.

Have just found out two things that may have affected me lately, i am growing again and therefore my energy is being taken for growth, also my physio told me i would lose fitness when my flexibilty comes back but by the end i should be fitter dont understand but she seems to be right.

Firstly went for a run nearly all the way to the start the have a look at what was on the map or the edge looking in to see what the campus was like, then turned round and came back to get my gear, then i ran fully to the start and got my bib etc Then i did my static and dynamic warm up and was ready to go.

Felt okay just not mentally ready.

Never really managed to pick up speed as it there was too many short legs, got very messy towards the end and lost time her and there, i feel a little unfit and slighty unable to focus.

Just for a jog half way to the start and back plus a little extra.

Started to get stiff so did some stretchin made my dad help me to make the strechs that little harder as I was rather tight, hurt quite a bit tbh

Did not feel good at all started to warm up and the aches eased but i hurt my hip and was painful for the rest of warming up and only eased up just before i set off.

Yet again another scrappy run with silly little mistakes that slowly added up and cost me a lot of places am not very happy with the way i am proforming atm. Pissed off to say the least.

Just for a little stretch at the campsite after siting around travelling for ages.

Only took me ten minutes to get in today which aint bad probably cycle home slowly though.

Carried all my stuff across to my new placement that box is heavier than i expected starting to need a bigger box :/

Still not sleeping well think i am going to have to start taking my tablets again that aid sleep :) Thighs are now completely better after yesterday :) and going for about a 8km run tonight ready for the middle distance this weekend.

Most important walk of the day to go and get my payslip to see if the buggers are paying me right haha

and oh no they arent they have f*cked it up and under payed me by £200 but they said i will get it in an advanced payment tomorrow :D

Gone to get dinner, ohhhhh and I was discharged from Physio last night, was told i am improving but am not better so need to continue as is and keep it up or it will come back! And have been told that getting up and about at work more will help me!

Hoping to go for a 8km high speed run ready for this weekend will try put some climb in is possible :)

Ended up only doing 6.63km decided to do a faster section and a slow jog back. I did 4.51km in 15:51 and then a 4 mins rest and just a slower jog back because left calve was stiff. I did 2.12km in 08.59.

Need to stretch Calve now and put some muscle rub on it.

Thighs are still sore this is getting ridiculous am training tonight though ready for Birish Sprint and Middle :)

Also not sleeping very well am not feeling it atm which isnt good with the British Sprrint and Middle this weekend :/ not in the mood tbh.

I have got Physio on the way home as well at 5pm see what Lizzy has to say but back has been sore lately :/

909 Km done so far this year ohhhhhh yeah :)and i havent put distances on for a lot of O'events :)

95 Hours and 35 minutes in 79 days not bad :P

Still trying to work out what i did Saturday night during my black out, was seen getting with someone in a club but dont remember it at all but know i was in the club :/

Legs are still in major pain and are sore to even touch not good at all :/

Not good at all my thighs are in a lot of pain and it is hard to put any wieght on them kept stubbling at times and shouting in discomfort, need a massage desperately.
