railway plod. GPS trace all over place, wasn;t as quick as this. my r foot quite painful though damn, no idea how I'm going to fix it but no realy issues atm, just painful and I seem to be OK orienteering and training through it.

lunch time track raz

went at this hard as usual during a lunchtime stressy run, then decided I should have a go at the track segment, but messed up the gate opening x2, then met a puppy who had to be fussed, then the GPS track didn;t pick up segment anyway. ah well! good blast though

cruising round Leanachan. nice. feeling a bit spaced up but hopefully get the sleeping patterns righted from tonight after 2am finishes and crashing for a 6pm nap all this week... foot remarkably good. need to slow down I think.
