finally met my long term goal of 70 lbs for shoulders! now the goal is 80 lbs so i'm doing my own weight.
many sets of various kinds of situps, planks, etc.
did a set of 20 incline situps with 25 lbs
dumbbell lateral raise

1 x 2 35 lbs each arm
dumbbell shoulder press
1 x 6 40 lbs each arm
1 x 5 60 lbs each arm
1 x 4 65 lbs each arm
1 x 3 70 lbs each arm (PR)
dumbbell forward raise
