2 x 6 bicep curls 35 lbs each arm (failed on last two reps)
2 x 6 military press 35 lbs R arm
1 x 6 military press 35 lbs L arm
1 x 2 military press 35 lbs L arm

Biking 20:00 [3] 6.0 mi (3:20 / mi)

stationary bike, setting = 15

knee seems to be getting much better with exercise. I may start running soon.

Stationary bike for knee rehab. Difficulty 16 I think.
